The problem

HR and admin processes — staff records, attendance, and payroll — were handled manually or across disconnected spreadsheets, leaving management without a single view of the business.

The approach

Designed and built a Laravel + Vue.js HRM covering employee records, attendance, and payroll processing on one shared MySQL data layer, replacing the manual, spreadsheet-based workflow.

The outcome

Reduced manual HR/payroll processing time and gave management a single operations view.
